Wednesday – Dieting Day
- B – Tea, turkey rashers and tinned tomatoes, toast
- L – Jacket potato with laughing cow light, asparagus in parma ham
- D – Beef and root vegetable stew

Thursday – Fasting Day

- L -Mushroom soup
- D – chicken, leek and potatoe bake and steamed veg

Friday – Normal Dieting Day
- B – Egg and Soldiers
- L – Roasted Veg couscous with low fat feta
- D – chilli, actifry chips and cheese

Saturday – Feast Day (menu chosen by my children)
- B – Almond Croissant
- L – Calzone
- D – Seared fois fras on griddled bread with fig conserve and confit onions, beef en croute with pommes dauphinoise, spinach and asparagus, sticky toffee pudding and ice-cream,
- S – Red wine and Bellinis 😉
Sunday – Standard Dieting Day
- B – Sausage sandwiches
- L – Roast Lamb yorkshire puddings and all the low fat trimmings.
