I realised that I have not been posting my meal plans, I am still doing them especially as everything is calorie counted on Fasting Days but for some reason I have not blogged about them

So without further delay on to this week’s menu

Monday – Fasting Day

Tuesday – Standard Dieting Day

Wednesday – Fasting Day

  • B – Oatso Simple made with water, coffee
  • L – Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup
  • D – Cod in Parma ham, cherry tomato sauce, roasted veg and spinach

Thursday –  Standard Dieting Day

Friday –  Standard Dieting Day

  • B – Coffee, Shredded Wheat with milk, banana
  • L – TBC – not sure yet on this one
  • D – Pulled pork in wholemeal pitta with wedges and HM coleslaw

Saturday – – DAY OFF!

  • B – coffee and an almond croissant
  • L – TBC – not sure yet on this one
  • D – Southern Style chicken wraps with cheese and salsa
  • WINE!

Sunday – Standard Dieting Day

  • Brunch – Bacon, Sin Free sausage, tomatoes, egg, beans, HM hash browns, mushrooms
  • D – Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, dry roast potatoes with thyme and garlic, veg and gravy.

So there you have it, a couple of lunches not accounted but you get the general idea.  I will be posting recipes for some of the meals not already on the blog 🙂
